Instructions

2. The green indicator light on the middle button in the control panel is on, indicating that the machine is working.
3. Please press the third heat preservation button to preheat the machine. When heating, the red indicator light will be on.
4. Pour 1.0 to 2.0 kg of melted chocolate into the stainless steel pan.
5. Please press a flow button to turn on the screw column. At this time, the yellow indicator light will be on. The screw must be turned on after the chocolate is completely melted.
6. The rotating spiral column draws up the melted chocolate from the bottom of the stainless steel plate, and then flows down from the top plate to the stainless steel plate, forming a small waterfall-like state.
7. Keep the heat preservation button on, which can keep the chocolate melted and make the fountain flow more smoothly.
8. Dip the selected ingredients with the flowing chocolate.
